We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to elevate the visibility of LAS Plantation products and initiatives. This role involves developing innovative campaigns, managing digital platforms, and collaborating with partners to grow our brand presence in the agricultural industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand recognition and product promotion.
- Collaborate with distributors and partners to create compelling marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts across social media platforms, email campaigns, and other online channels.
- Represent LAS Plantation at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build relationships and expand the brand's reach.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven marketing experience, ideally in the agricultural or FMCG sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects.
