Location: Lancang Plantation, Pahang

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to lead the operations of our coconut plantation in Lancang. This role requires a strong focus on sustainable farming, operational efficiency, and team management to drive productivity and ensure quality standards are met.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the coconut plantation, ensuring optimal productivity and quality.
Implement sustainable farming practices, manage advanced irrigation systems, and monitor pest control measures.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of plantation workers, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence.
Conduct regular inspections of plantation conditions, analyzing data and preparing detailed reports for senior management.
Collaborate with agricultural experts to optimize yield, monitor tree health, and introduce innovative techniques.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in plantation or farm management.
Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Proficiency in modern farming technologies, including data analytics and drone-based monitoring.
Strong passion for sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, and community development.
