Logistics Executive
Location: Lancang Plantation, Pahang
- Job Overview
We are looking for a Logistics Executive to coordinate and manage the end-to-end movement of goods within LAS Plantation’s coconut supply chain. This role ensures smooth transportation, timely deliveries, and efficient distribution to domestic and international partners while maintaining compliance with logistics and safety standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of raw coconuts and finished products across all facilities.
- Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and distributors to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipping records, delivery notes, and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to align supply schedules with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and logistics safety standards.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation coordination (agriculture or FMCG preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiar with inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
