- Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to lead the operations of our coconut plantation in Lancang. This role requires a strong focus on sustainable farming, operational efficiency, and team management to drive productivity and ensure quality standards are met.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the coconut plantation, ensuring optimal productivity and quality.
- Implement sustainable farming practices, manage advanced irrigation systems, and monitor pest control measures.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of plantation workers, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of plantation conditions, analyzing data and preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with agricultural experts to optimize yield, monitor tree health, and introduce innovative techniques.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plantation or farm management.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in modern farming technologies, including data analytics and drone-based monitoring.
- Strong passion for sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, and community development.
